CT Climate Action Business Summit is a partnership between the CT Sustainable Business Council and Conscious Capitalism, Connecticut Chapter. The Summit brings together business leaders, change makers and subject-matter experts dedicated to finding ways to address the climate crisis and build a sustainable economy that is equitable for all.

Because we believe... Convening Business in CT - NOW - for a Sustainable Future

  • Convening business is powerful, and it promotes accountability.
  • Business in CT is an innovative, capable force for scaling up effective solutions.
  • Together, we are responsible for the future and present effects of climate change.
  • Now is the time we must form new patterns and commitments. Because together, we are responsible to address climate change and all its effects.
  • For a sustainable future, organizations must learn to adapt to remain competitive within a changing climate.

If you joined us in 2020, you know the first annual Summit featured more than 30 speakers for three days of programming and drew a few hundred attendees from across Connecticut, some parts of the Tri-State area, as well as places like North Carolina and the United Kingdom.

A number of sponsors signed on in support - see them below.

The 2021 Summit promises to be even more diverse and in lock-step with national big-picture policy making and climate agendas within our state legislature. Sessions will be geared towards proven, practical strategies and steps any business can take to measure their impact and chart meaningful change. Participants will come away with tools to make tangible impact inside their organizations while finding ways to create greater equity.

We hope you will join us on this transformative journey for the good of the planet, the business community and all stakeholders in Connecticut and beyond.
